Upgrades For weapons, Tools, and armor:

The recipe is the same for all tools/armor, you just need to upgrade like Netherite in a Smithing Table. (only works for Vanilla armor/armor detailed in this section. It does not apply to ranged weapons or anything Magic related. To unlock you will need to craft the Prismarine Alloy. 

 

Charms & Other

Redstone core

While wearing it, weapons that need Redstone in your offhand will no longer need Redstone:

Blaze Charm

This increases your damage while held in the offhand.

Feather Charm

This allows you to negate fall damage when held in the offhand.

Gold Charm

This allows you to have increased attack speed while being held in the offhand.

Emerald Charm

This allows you to have increased health while being held in the offhand.

 

Star Charm

This allows you to gain more XP from mobs while held in the offhand.
