Wands can come in the form of a Wand, a Spell Book, a Magic Sword, and a Magic Bow, each has its own levels and unique abilities. The wand, spellbook, and Magic sword utilize the same spells which are listed in this wiki below. Each rank will bring different spells and different levels to use. The Magic sword utilizes combat spells only and so won’t include utility spells that the Spell Book and Wand utilize.
We haven’t listed the spells which the Magic Sword gives/utilizes as the spells come under the same categories as Spells. Eg, Beginner, Student, Apprentice, and Wizard. For Magic Sword references please refer to the spells category lower down. If we commented on each spell we would not only be duplicating but also making the Wiki page very long!
As someone starts magic they can pick each of the 4 routes into this plugin each with its own benefits and disadvantages. Or someone could take one of the items and work with that until the end. It’s completely up to the user and adds the flexibility and expansive nature of this aspect of our server.
Acts as your main spell caster. The item is bound and will be retained upon death. It is crafted using the recipe given below.
Acts as your main spell caster too. The item is bound and will be retained upon death. An alternative to the Wand. It is crafted using the recipe given below..
Hold in your off-hand for a Mana boost. It gives you a +30% Mana Boost, a +20% Mana regeneration boost, and a +50% boost to all SP earnt. It also gives you a defense against Poison and Magic damage. This is key to quickly leveling up your spell points to unlock new spells and abilities. The item is bound and will be retained upon death. It is crafted using the recipe given below. You will have to go exploring for this item to get that Heart of The Sea!
Once your wand is crafted from the recipe the user can also get themselves an enchantment table. This allows when right-clicking with the wand to access spell information, rank information, and other cosmetics.
There are 4 ranks of spells. Each of the 4 ranks of spells can be unlocked. The first rank is Beginner spells which are given to the user by default. In order to rank up through the spell levels, the user must purchase all of the spells in each category with Spell Points (SP) in order to progress. Some ranks will have spells that are not required in that rank to rank up to the next rank of spells. All the spells in the bottom category of spells (as shown within the Enchantment Table GUI) are not required to level up, whereas all the spells in the top category allow the user to rank up. In this case, the strategy is to focus on the spells at the top to unlock the next tier of spells first. On this Wiki, we haven’t written out which spells are required for upgrading as the user will see these in the Enchantment table view.
Spells will level up when a certain number of casts have been done. In order to see this, the user will have to check in the Enchantment Table, while holding their wand, click the second from the left tab that says “check spell progress” and find the spell they want to level up and it should tell you how many casts are required to level this up. This will also tell the user what you get when you level up. Spell levels are dictated below but usually end up providing more speed, more damage, lower cooldown, etc.
When you get an inventory full of spells it can look rather cluttered but organise new spells into your Hotbar, left-click the wand while in the Hotbar(by pressing Q when holding the wand), and it will cycle to your next spell. To cycle through hotbars you can do the same but right-click.
You can check out all the spells below to know which ones to focus on as well as what each level gives you.
In order to get the most out of spells make sure to have your particles on, this is because the spells rely heavily on particle effects for the spells. If you don’t have these on you can still use spells but they will not look cool!
Other Spell categories:
A magical sword that gives +6 attack damage which is as good as an Iron Sword. This can be used as a magical wand to cast spells that the user has earnt on their wand, spells are detailed within our Spells Wiki. The benefit to this sword is that although low damage allows you to cast spells at the same time! The spells it gives work in the same way as on the wands, however, it won’t give spells that are wand exclusives. Like wands, the sword can be ranked up and works using the enchantment table. The user can use Q to access the spells inventory for quick castability.
The item is bound and will be retained upon death. It is crafted below:
This is a really fascinating item that acts as a Wand but for arrow-related spells. It can be used to shoot magical arrows as well as normal arrows. To upgrade your bow you use the enchantment table as explained in the spells category below. Each spell is listed below for clarity as to what you can unlock. More magical Arrows are unlocked with spell points and can also earn you spell points when used. The Magic bow includes spells that are not included within your Wand, spellbook, or Magic Sword.
By default, you get the Normal Arrow spell and the Poison Arrow spell. The Bow is crafted by:
